The people you love,
a place at the table.

A changed RSVP doesn’t have to mean counting the whole list again. Update the reply once and see table space and meal totals follow.

Pending guests reserve a seat, and the planner flags a table that is too full or a guest who still needs one.

Which app should we use?

Works in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers. The kit was also tested in Google Sheets and in Apple Numbers on Mac, each with its own folder of files. Excel for Windows and Excel for the web have not been tested yet. No macros, scripts or add-ons. In Excel the formula cells are locked, so nobody overwrites them by accident. In Google Sheets and Numbers they are not locked, so type only in the yellow cells.

Can we plan together?

Share your own copy with your partner. Simultaneous editing in Google Sheets is still being checked for this release. Your guest data stays in the file or account you choose.

What can we send to our caterer?

Send them the Vendor brief tab: confirmed guests, tables, meals and dietary notes, saved as a PDF. It leaves out your budget and payments, and the guide shows how to save just that tab.

Can we use a phone?

Set it up on a computer. The vendor and guest tables are wide, and a bigger screen makes them easier to fill in.

Can we change the date or currency?

Yes. A date change updates the countdown and suggested task dates. Vendor payment dates stay as agreed with each vendor. Choose $, €, £ or another listed symbol. The file does not convert currencies.

What if it is not right for us?

A full refund within 14 days, no reason needed.
