Refunds and Disputes

A full refund within 14 days

If the planner is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to give a reason. Write to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout.

Once we have checked your request, we refund the full amount, including any tax you paid. The refund is issued by Link, the merchant of record, to your original payment method. If you paid in your local currency, it comes back in that currency at the same exchange rate you paid, so you get back the amount you were charged. How soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank.

When the refund is issued, access to the download ends automatically. Please delete any copies of the files you saved.

Refunds through Link

Your payment is handled by Sold through Link, LLC, Stripe's affiliate and the merchant of record for your purchase. You can also ask Link support for a refund under Link's refund policy. That policy covers cases such as files you did not receive or a payment you did not make, for up to 60 days after your purchase. Link may contact us about your request and may refund you directly.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, Link's terms also give you a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive access to the kit. Ask Link support and give "cooling off period" as the reason.

This policy adds to your rights under the consumer law of the country where you live and does not reduce them.

A problem with a charge

Your card or bank statement shows the payment as LINK.COM* UPPER CRUST. If you do not recognise a charge, or something went wrong, please write to us or to Link support before you contact your bank. We aim to reply promptly, and a refund is faster than a card dispute.

If you do open a dispute with your bank, Link handles it on our behalf. Access to the download ends automatically as soon as the dispute is opened. If the dispute is resolved in our favour, write to us and we will check the order before restoring access.
