Who we are

The Seat & Sum Wedding Planner is made and sold by Upper Crust LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at [email protected].

What these terms cover

These terms apply when you buy the Seat & Sum Wedding Planner, a digital kit delivered as one ZIP download. It holds a blank planner, a completed demo and a quick-start guide. Nothing is shipped.

The kit was tested in Microsoft Excel for Mac, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers on Mac. Excel for Windows and Excel for the web have not been tested yet. In Google Sheets and Numbers the formula cells are not locked.

Price

The kit costs $47 in US dollars, as one payment, with no subscription. The checkout shows the exact total, including any sales tax, VAT or GST due where you live, before you pay.

If you pay from outside the United States, the checkout may show the price in your local currency. That price uses Stripe's exchange rate, which includes a conversion fee of 2 to 4% paid by you. If you choose to pay in US dollars instead, your bank's own exchange rate and fees may apply. Fees your bank or card issuer adds, such as foreign transaction fees, are yours to pay.

How payment works

We sell the kit through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe's affiliate Sold through Link, LLC is the merchant of record for your payment, and the checkout shows your purchase as "Sold through Link". In practice this means Link:

Your card or bank statement shows the payment as LINK.COM* UPPER CRUST. Link's Sold through Link Terms apply to the payment itself. These terms apply to the kit and your use of it.

We remain responsible for the kit: its content, its delivery, its quality and help with using it. For questions about the files, write to us. For questions about the charge, you can write to us or to Link support.

Delivery

Your download is ready on the confirmation page right after payment. Each download link works for 15 minutes. If it expires, return to the confirmation page in the same browser and it will prepare a fresh one, for up to 48 hours after your purchase. We also email a download link from [email protected] to the address you used at checkout, and it works for the same 48 hours.

After 48 hours, write to us from the email address you used at checkout. Once we have checked the order, we will send you a new way to download it.

Cancelling and refunds

Our refund policy gives you 14 days from your purchase to ask for a full refund, without a reason.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, Link's terms also give you a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive access to the kit. You can use it through Link support, giving "cooling off period" as the reason.

When a payment is refunded or disputed, access to the download ends automatically.

What you can do with the files

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use and edit the files to plan your own wedding. You can share your copy with your partner and with the people helping you plan, so you can work on it together.

You cannot resell, share or give away the files or copies of them beyond that, publish them, use them to offer planning services to others, or offer them as templates of your own. The files remain the work of Upper Crust LLC.

Limits

The planner is a tool. You are responsible for the figures, dates and decisions you put into it, and it is not financial, legal or tax advice. Our liability for your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country where you live.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, without taking away the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
